Before using the files located on this page, you'll want to SIM+CID unlock your device. if you do not CID unlock it, you'll be unable to flash with roms that don't match your carrier branding. Unlock Program you'll also want to install HardSPL. If your flash interrupts and bricks the device, having hardspl installed will make it MUCH simpler to fix your hermes. HardSPL Project
